These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 368bd platform and all services operated under it. By browsing the website, creating an account, or using any service, you are expressing your agreement to each clause of these Terms.

For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, and a total of ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• You must apply for a bonus within the specified time limit to claim it.
• If the wagering on one bonus is not completed, the next bonus cannot be activated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are only withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met.
• If misuse of any bonus is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

5.3 VIP Program

Regular players can participate in our three-tier VIP program: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You can advance to a higher tier based on regular activity and engagement on the platform. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.3% weekly cashback, the Silver tier up to 0.5%, and the Gold tier up to 0.8%.

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Providing false or altered documents.
• Using multiple accounts or cards for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Conducting transactions using another person's payment account.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or technical error in the platform.
• Harassing other users or engaging in fraudulent behavior.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities.

8.1 Suspension by 368bd

368bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Instructions from a court or law enforcement agency.
• Failure to complete the identity verification process.

8.2 Closure at User's Request

You may request closure of your account at any time through our support team. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is closed, however any incomplete bonus wagering will be cancelled.
